OFFICIAL SITE OF THE BEACHWALK II OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
This serves as your portal to information about your Association, Owners’ Association leadership and members, Association goals and objectives, and a source for official documents, and announcements. This website and email contact with members are the official communications framework as prescribed by Texas law.
The Association exists to achieve the vision of Beachwalk II as a Port Aransas Gated Community of Excellence and meet the collective needs of that community. The Association Board is an elected body whose operations are governed by the motto, MEMBERS SERVING MEMBERS: FOR THE GOOD OF THE MANY, WITH RESPECT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL, and the values you may view at the Values Tab. The Association established goals for the community that are supported by near-term objectives designed to either attain or sustain those goals.
The Board of Directors manages the Association based upon the Declarations (Covenants, By Laws, and Rules) to insure the letter and intent of the Declarations are enforced to support the common good.
Stewardship of resources for annual operations and long-range maintenance, improvements, and risk management are reflected in the budget. The budget is developed and approved to meet the objectives of the community. The Annual Budget is included in the Documents Tab.
