Association Documents of Record posted to website

Association official documents, filed with the Nueces County Clerk, are posted to this website under Resources…then select the Documents Tab. The relevant Declarations are in folders 1 – 4 and address, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR) (Folder 1.); Special Topic Dedicatory Instruments (Folder 2.); Bylaws (Folder 3.); and Policies and Rules (Folder 4.). The historical documents (many amended/superseded) are in Folder 12. Archives. We plan to consolidate and update these major documents in the coming months. Drafts will be shared with the membership for review and comment as we move toward a vote at the next annual meeting.
