WELCOME TO BEACHWALK II
A special thanks to Tricia Perrine and her new committee (including Cindy Kuhn). The Welcome Committee is the face as well as heart and soul of Beachwalk II. It will welcome new owner/members and new residents to the community. The committee also provides new members with gate remotes and pool house keys. The committee developed an information sheet (The “Frequently Asked” page of the Association Website) that answers many of the questions new members (and old) often ask:
- Contact with Association: Notices are posted to your Association Website https://beachwalk2hoa.org/ . The Margie Myers Management team will also provide official email notifications. - Association Annual Assessments: These fund administration, maintenance, and operations and sustain the “commons”: Gate, roads, drainage, ponds, pool, boardwalk, landscaping, etc. Annual objectives are established/budgeted in support of the Community Goals found here: https://beachwalk2hoa.org/goals/ .
- Gate Entry: Current codes are 2021 (residents) and 4004 (contractors). Each new family is entitled to one gate remote included with membership. Additional gate remotes are available for $35.00 from the “Gate Keeper”, Edward Fedak edsarah.fedak@sbcglobal.net .
- Speed Limit: Please remind your family, friends and contractors that the BWII speed limit is 19 m.p.h.
- Golf Carts must be licensed with city; all city/state laws apply. Golf carts must be registered with the Association and display a red Beachwalk II flag and lot number decal. Pedestrians and bikers have the right-of-way. Jay Friedman JFriedman@wifilawgroup.com manages the Golf Cart Program for the Association.

- Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Plans and changes to your home and landscape are approved by the ARC. Pat Stettner patstettner@alphatesting.com chairs the ARC and can help you with the process.
- Pets: Please pick up after your pets and keep them on a leash at all times. There is a waste bag station at the boardwalk entrance. NO PETS allowed inside the pool fence (State Law). See the Covenants for more info.
City Services:
- Trash is picked up every Monday & Thursday. Recycle (no glass) pick-up is every other Wednesday.
- Palm branches may be placed in front of your house for pick-up on Monday/Tuesday mornings.
- Mailbox keys may be picked up at the Post Office in town. P.O. Boxes are also available for rent.
