We received notice from the city regarding their implementation of the County Judge’s closure of county beaches.
Watch for sign on our end of the boardwalk regarding closure beach side. Note from Rick Adams reads:
Subject: Beach Closure
As you may have heard, by order of the Nueces County Judge, beaches will close to vehicular traffic tomorrow morning at 6am until Monday at 6am. We will be closing all cart accessible boardwalks at beach with barrels and sand. It may be prudent to close them on the landward side as there will be no ability to exit. Thanks for your cooperation and sorry for any inconvenience as we get through this difficult health crisis.
