Construction plans for Lot 74 (110 Keewaydin – near the entry gate) have been approved by ARC, and early site prep is ongoing. Have asked the ARC to work closely with them to ensure construction matches approved plans and that there is minimum impact to traffic flow at the gate.
Native Dave has completed his initial work under contract to remove ½ the island cattails/pepper trees and cattails that had popped up in some of the common areas. Chemical work (spraying) to prevent them from returning is still to be done as well as long term sustainment.
Replacement of 300 of the 5/4” surface boards on boardwalk will begin 1 Oct. All efforts to minimize impact to foot and vehicle traffic are being addressed.
