As provided in the Meeting Notice, our Annual Membership Meeting is on Saturday February 19, 2022, from 10:00 to 11:30 with nominations by email and voting for Director and 2022 Annual Budget approval by online balloting.
Phase I “Nominations”
The BEACHWALK II N.U.D. OWNERS’ ASSOCIATIOIN, INC Annual Meeting is called to order to open Nominations for the Director position. This Nominations Phase of the meeting will be adjourned at 8PM CST 31 JAN 2022 when nominations will close.
Email Nominations to margie@margiemyers.com with copy furnished (cc) to Melanieb.mmpmt@gmail.com . Nominations should include the name of member being nominated and the name of individual making the nomination (for the record).
All nominations will be included in the Phase II online ballot/election that begins 4 Feb.
