Phase I Nominations: The nominations phase for the Director Position of the Annual Meeting was adjourned 31 Jan 2022 at 8PM. (One member was nominated and seconded for the Director Position)
Phase II Vote: The meeting is again called to order effective at 4 Feb (12PM), for voting for the one Director position for the coming 3-year term and approval (and comments) on your 2022 Annual Budget. Voting will end 16 Feb (8PM) when Voting Phase of meeting will be adjourned.
Please watch for the email voting notice (supported by online election / voting). Your vote and comments are important to the Association and essential to meet bylaw quorum requirements. Please ensure you “SUBMIT” your ballot once completed for it to be tabulated.
