No “on street parking” effective now until road work is completed next week. Road work machinery and vehicles will marshal vicinity the entry gate area and Captiva Lane.
Change The technical contractor changed concept to lead with milling of the entire community roadway before the 1 1/2” inlay is applied in the sequence outlined in plan. Effectively delays initial paving phases by a day to 2 days. May speed up actual paving if road surface product available.
Activity on Saturday still unknown and dependent on surface material availability. Mail scheduled to be delivered without interruption at this point.
Pat and I met with Victor C. From Republic regarding sanitation/recycle last week: Trash pickup Mon 9 May on plan as executed today. 12 May trash …on milled surface no change unless Marco/Gasparella need to push trash to Keewaydin due to paving activities. Cancel Monday 16 May trash pickup due to paving. Be prepared to cancel Wed 18 May Recycle if required. Expect full trash schedule to return 19 May unless there are operational delays.
Please ensure your contractors and service calls are aware of the roadwork and parking restrictions. Parking limited to driveways until work completed next week. Limit on site deliveries.
