The Phase II Elections and Approval of the 2023 Annual Budget began this morning (4 FEB) at 8AM using an online service. Elections/Approval will end at 8PM, 16 Feb. There is an opportunity to make comments as a part of the 2023 Budget approval that will be shared with the membership at the meeting and used by the Board of Directors to refine programs. Please ensure you “SUBMIT” your ballot when completed and receive an online receipt. (Your vote is important; 50% participation is required to meet quorum requirements).
Phase III (in person / Zoom supported) will be at the Hampton Inn and Suites, 10:00 to noon.
The meeting notice that was sent 12 Jan outlining the meeting details and budget is at link provided for your review and information for the new members who may not have received the notice. The document also includes the 2023 DRAFT Budget information and the Proxy form for the meeting.
