The meeting will be at the Port Aransas Community Theater (2327 State Hwy 361 Port Aransas) from 10:00 – 12:00. The important business for this meeting will include election of a new board member and approval of the 2025 Annual Budget as well as a review of 2024 actions and ongoing plans for 2025.

- The Budget is based on Board approved 2025 Goals and Objectives (attached) with an overall assessment total for both Operating expenses and Capital expenses of $1,200 for each of the 74 member lots as approved last year. We moved $7K from the Capital Income to Operating Income to address the increases in operating expenses of over a thousand dollars each of the last several years. - I will resign from the Board at this meeting and make room for new leadership; I plan to support the Association with help in update of the Declarations and maintenance of the Association website Beachwalk II HOA – Beachwalk II HOA. Nominations for the vacated director position will be made from the floor at the meeting with the in-person election to follow.
- Quorum (50%) is essential to accomplish the business of the Association… either in person or by proxy. Please complete the proxy if uncertain about your ability to be present. If you are subsequently able to attend the meeting, you proxy will be returned to you and/or voided for your “in person” nomination, election, and budget approval… and other Association business as required. Hope to see each of your there.
