What: Beachwalk II N.U.D. Owners’ Association Board of Directors (BOD) Quarterly Meeting
When: Will immediately follow the Annual Meeting o/a noon.
Where: Hampton Inn and Suites SHW 361 in Port Aransas
This is an organizational meeting to establish officer positions and roles and responsibilities; actions items based upon the Annual Membership Meeting will be reviewed.

Meetings are Open to members but may also include Executive Sessions if required.
