At the last Board Meeting, new members of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) were appointed/elected. We welcome the new members and thank them for their service to the community.
The new committee chair is Pat Stettner. Joining Pat is Cindy Muir. Both come with previous experience on association architectural review/control committees. They join Amy Scott who continues her dedicated service as a member of the ARC.
The committee updated the ARC Forms for both new construction and changes to existing homes and lots. These new forms should be used for requesting ARC help in approval of new construction and updates. The forms are on the Association website in the Documents resource tab.
