The Beachwalk II N.U.D. Owners’ Association will hold our Annual Membership Meeting, as outlined in the Association Bylaws, on Saturday morning February 19, 2022, from 10:00 to 11:30. Due to COVID restrictions, the meeting will once again be a Zoom supported meeting with nominations by email and voting for Director and 2022 Annual Budget approval by online balloting. Agenda and instructions for the meeting included in this notice.

• Call meeting to order to “vote” for Director election and Budget approval 4-16 FEB. (Online Election) Adjourn after 8PM 16th.
• Call meeting to order 19 FEB 10:00 for ZOOM Meeting – Reports and results of Election / Budget vote.
