We have added a sign at the entry to the boardwalk from the beach to aid in limiting unauthorized entry. This sign provides early notice of Beachwalk II as a private gated community with no trespassing.

The light housing in the whirlpool (spa) area of the pool has come loose and will need to be repaired before it may be used. All repairs have been completed. The whirlpool is open for business. Have fun… be safe.

Amended Parking Rules dated 27 March have been recorded with the Nueces County Clerk’s Office and are posted under Rules in HOA Documents for your reference. 

At the Resources tab… select Documents and find the folder for Annual Meeting Minutes. Minutes for this meeting will remain in final draft until they are approved at the 2020 Annual Membership Meeting in the first quarter of the year.
